I will provide custom design and niche images for look and feel of website based on your approval.
Unique product or service specific photos and other graphic images will be supplied by the client or purchased from a site listed on the resource site(s) page or sent via e-mail so I can upload them to your site.
*Online store (product) images, gallery/testimonial images will be supplied by the client.
Contact, Feedback, Order or Newsletter Optin Form(s)
Site includes a Basic Web Form with 6 general fields. *Additional or custom form(s) will be $50-$200 or more each depending on the complexity of the form validation needed. Each additional Basic Web Form is $50 and can point to separate/multiple email addresses.
A simple Text Logo is included with a custom website design, but I can provide a custom graphic logo if desired, $100 and up.
Site submission to at least 3 major Web search engine indexes such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.
Organic SEO - I include basic, organic search engine optimization with any site design purchase, as part of the design element. For additional SEO or Search Engine Marketing services for a referral.
Google Analytics Setup for your website analytics reports to be mailed weekly/monthly to you.
Google Webmaster Tools Setup for monitoring your keyword placement, rankings and sitemap.

Minor updates and changes
I will slightly tweak text or images for the first 3 days after you receive your site, but any additional changes fall under an hourly maintenance contract and are your responsibility to be clear what I need to add/edit/delete from each page on your website with the least amount of time taken.

easyCES Content Management
I've developed a flat file CMS (Content Management System) with easy to use word processor type forms so you can update each page's Title, Description & Keyword tags, logo, homepage introduction image(s) and content areas (text & images) easily for maximum index-ability by any search engine. Also, this CMS doesn't use a database for providing your content resources, which minimizes use of bandwidth and conserves disk resources. All hosting, domain info, content and images are owned by you, the site owner after the initial setup.
This very affordable web design for small businesses is a great starting point to build your online presence and your website can grow with you.
If you instead choose a CMS like Joomla!, WordPress or Drupal, easyCES will not be a part of your website installation.

SEO for your Small Business
If your site doesn't appear in the top 10 ranking results, page one of the search engine result pages, most likey those customers are clicking and purchasing from your competitors, those on the first page. Only a small percentage of searchers click through to the second page, and even fewer click through to the 3rd page or more.
Search Engine Optimization drastically improves your site's ability to penetrate and maintain a page one (Top 10) ranking and I am an expert at getting your site there.
Site Updates/Maintenance/SEO/Content Writing - $450
I will add/edit/delete content, images and/or pages from your site/store/blog based on your request with a maintenance contract. This is set up with a minimum of 10 hours and time from that contract will be deducted based on time accrued on each task over the course of the year. I use FreshBooks time tracking software to keep an accurate count.
Any outstanding balance at the end of that year is non-refundable, but I will perform SEO updates for any time remaining. Any additional time needed on a project will be billed upon completion and an invoice will be sent via e-mail.
Online Stores $400 and up
I will add an online store to your project with up to 5-8 products, for $400. This will be set up in a subdirectory of your main site (i.e. www.mainsite.com/shop/products ) and will accept PayPal payments if you have a PayPal account.
If you will be accepting any payments other than PayPal such as Visa or MasterCard, you will be required to purchase a yearly Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate from your web hosting company to encrypt customer credit card numbers. I will set that up for you for an additional $25 with your cart. You will also need a payment gateway to process credit cards (Authorize.net or similar).
For online store products, your product images and product descriptions are your responsibility unless you prefer to have me set them up with industry standard content writing. This includes regular pages, product pages or the ordering system pages. A fee at my hourly rate is required if you're requesting additional functionality or cart upgrades as the update because it will require additional programming.
